About the Role

At Marketing Makhni, creativity drives our work, but people make it happen. We're looking for an HR Intern who can help us find great talent, strengthen team culture, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates, screen CVs, post openings, and coordinate interviews.
• Support onboarding and maintain clear candidate communication.
• Plan engagement activities and encourage collaboration.
• Handle HR documentation, records, MoUs, reporting, and daily operations.
• Coordinate across departments, understand hiring needs, and track responsibilities.
• Support LinkedIn growth, HR outreach, and professional brand representation.
• Spot process gaps, take initiative, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• Someone genuinely interested in HR, recruitment, and talent management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented person who takes ownership of their work.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing.
• An active, well-maintained LinkedIn profile.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plus.

Internship Details: Unpaid (15 days-probation period)
