This is a full-time, on-site Bike Rider role based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking up parcels from designated locations and delivering them to customers within assigned routes and timeframes.
• Verifying order details.
• Ensuring proper handling of packages.
• Obtaining delivery confirmations.
• Maintaining clear communication with dispatch or supervisors.
• Following traffic and safety regulations.
• Keeping the bike in good working condition.
• Reporting any issues or delays promptly.
• Representing noon in a professional manner, providing polite and efficient service to all customers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to safely operate a two-wheeler.
• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic rules in Ahmedabad.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Physically fit and able to handle riding for extended periods and carrying parcels.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Compliance with local transportation regulations.
• Comfort using smartphones or handheld devices for navigation and delivery applications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
