Role Description

The Fresher role at Student is a full-time remote position designed for individuals with little to no prior work experience. The role involves learning company tools and processes, collaborating with team members, and responding to emails or messages in a timely manner. The Fresher will be encouraged to take on small responsibilities, seek feedback, and gradually expand their scope of work as skills and confidence grow.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with internet browsers, email, and common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms).
• Strong willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop new skills in a structured, supportive setting.
• Good time management and organizational abilities, with capacity to follow instructions and meet agreed deadlines.
