About the Role
The Interior Quantity Surveyor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimating and analyzing interior project costs, and assisting in budget preparation for residential and commercial interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Estimating and analyzing interior project costs.
- Assisting in budget preparation for residential and commercial interiors.
- Tracking project expenses.
- Monitoring cost variations.
- Supporting cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating with design, procurement, and site teams.
- Verifying measurements.
- Preparing cost reports.
- Supporting negotiations with vendors and contractors.
- Maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Contributing to timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Qualifications
- Skills in Cost Control and Cost Management for interior projects.
- Skills in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and measurement verification.
- Skills in Cost Planning, budgeting, and forecast analysis.
- Skills in Cost Reporting, documentation, and variance tracking.
- Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior or construction projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying or estimating software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- A diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
