About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process for various functions within Aryan Clothing Company. This role is responsible for partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and help improve hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Source candidates through multiple channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and support assessment processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including crafting job postings and promoting career opportunities.
- Maintain a strong presence on professional and social platforms.
- Maintain recruitment data and track metrics.
- Recommend improvements to hiring processes.

- Recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding)

Qualifications
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in retail, fashion, or consumer goods is an advantage.
