About the Role

Make My Campaign is a 360-degree marketing services company seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring activities. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Bengaluru Area supports the talent needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring activities.
• Source candidates.
• Screen resumes.
• Conduct interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers.
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies.
• Maintain candidate pipelines.
• Ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Post job openings.
• Conduct initial assessments.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews.
• Manage offer processes.
• Support onboarding in collaboration with HR and team leads.
• Maintain recruitment metrics.
• Adhere to non-discriminatory hiring practices.
• Provide input on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Effective interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Training and onboarding support skills.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Ability to meet hiring timelines.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and best practices in inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ideal: Experience in marketing or agency environments.
• Ideal: Familiarity with recruiting for sales, marketing, and operations roles.
