Key Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and hyping up promos to drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Become a piercing expert through comprehensive training. Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address customer questions and concerns.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain an organized and visually appealing store with perfect displays and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services. Stay informed on fashion and social media trends to assist customers in finding their style and boost sales.
• Store Operations: Support delivery processing, execute visual merchandising displays, and assist in promotional activities.
• Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media.

Job Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially for young or anxious customers.
• Proficient operation of a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and lift/maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and climb ladders or step stools for merchandise placement and customer assistance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong grasp of mathematics and reading comprehension.
• Passion for fashion and interest in latest trends.
• Ability to create a curated fashion look with product during a shift.
