About the Role
The DXN Group is hiring a Gallery Delivery Assistant + Content Creator. This role is half work focused on gallery and film delivery, and half content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prep, check, and deliver finished photo galleries and films to couples on time.
- Ensure details are accurate, including missing images, naming, order, music, and functional links.
- Track every delivery to keep couples informed of timelines.
- Coordinate with the post-production team using Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Slack.
- Create content about delivered galleries, such as sneak peeks, reveals, before-and-after edits, and behind-the-scenes stories (using only cleared galleries).
- Film behind-the-scenes videos of post-production and delivery days.
- Meet a set weekly minimum of videos across two brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Pinterest, and Threads.
- Identify trends and translate them into engaging content aligned with brand identity.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proven content creation experience with a public feed (link required).
- Experience managing social media for a brand, club, creator, or personal account.
- Strong eye for photos, video, and editing, with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-starting attitude.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable on camera.
- Must possess a phone, laptop, and reliable Wi-Fi.
Qualifications
- College students are welcome; hours are flexible and can be scheduled around classes.
The Details
- Fully remote, available anywhere in the US.
- Part-time, flexible hours.
- Hourly rate: $10 to $15, based on experience.
