About the Role
Sevita provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Assist individuals with their personal hygiene.
- Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
- Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred).
- Communication skills.
