About the Role

The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City, responsible for guiding the overall vision, strategy, and operations of AI Agents & the Future of Work.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining business goals.
• Overseeing product and service development.
• Ensuring offerings align with the mission of democratizing AI for professionals.
• Managing key partnerships.
• Leading stakeholder communication.
• Making decisions regarding investments, resource allocation, and growth initiatives.
• Mentoring team members.
• Fostering a collaborative environment.
• Representing the organization at industry events, client meetings, and community engagements.
• Staying current with AI trends and future-of-work developments to inform long-term strategy and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, business ownership, or entrepreneurship, with proven ability to define vision, set strategy, and drive execution.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, future-of-work trends, and technology-driven business models.
• Skills in business development, partnership management, and stakeholder relationship-building.
• Competence in financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring to support sustainable growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to build and lead teams, promote inclusive collaboration, and support professional development.
• Background in technology, management, or related fields.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline is beneficial.
• Experience in product strategy, service design, or education/training initiatives related to AI or digital transformation is an advantage.
