About the Role

GrowVista operates in the hospitality sector, focused on enabling hotels and resorts to achieve sustainable growth and stronger market visibility. This remote internship role in Intellectual Property Law and Contracts supports GrowVista’s legal and strategic initiatives related to hospitality services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing and drafting contracts.
• Research legal issues.
• Support the development and protection of intellectual property assets.
• Assist with patent preparation work under supervision.
• Organize legal documentation.
• Conduct analytical reviews of agreements and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure compliance and alignment between legal frameworks and business objectives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Law degree or related field (currently pursuing or recently completed).
• Strong foundation in Law, with an interest or focus in Intellectual Property and Patent Law.
• Ability to perform Patent Preparation tasks, including basic drafting support and documentation under supervision.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing contracts, policies, and legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
• High ethical standards, professional integrity, and respect for confidentiality.
• Interest in the hospitality industry and willingness to learn about business and commercial aspects of hotel and resort operations.
