About the Role

• Open at the levels of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor
• Based at Noble University in Junagadh

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions
• Developing and updating course materials aligned with university and regulatory standards
• Guiding students through academic advising, mentoring, and project supervision
• Supporting students' overall academic and professional growth
• Conducting research and scholarly activities
• Participating in curriculum development
• Contributing to departmental and university committees
• Engaging in outreach and professional development initiatives

Qualifications

• Relevant postgraduate or doctoral degree in the respective discipline from a recognized institution, in line with applicable regulatory and university norms
• Demonstrated expertise in teaching and academic instruction, including experience designing syllabi, assessments, and learning resources
• Active engagement in research, publications, or professional practice, with the ability to guide student projects and scholarly work
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and interact effectively with a diverse student body
• Commitment to student-centered learning, ethical conduct, and inclusive academic practices
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, participate in institutional initiatives, and contribute to departmental administration
• Familiarity with educational technologies, learning management systems, and modern pedagogical methods is preferred
• Prior experience in a university or higher education setting, and alignment with AICTE/PCI and Gujarat Technological University guidelines, will be an advantage
