Pradrix is building an AI-powered product to transform how manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors manage business operations, starting with the order-to-cash workflow. We are an early-stage venture focused on solving real operational problems for businesses through practical AI and engineering.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a founding Product & Engineering teammate who wants to take ownership of building our product from the ground up. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder, influence product and technical decisions, and help turn an early-stage idea into a product used by real businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product engineering and contribute to technical architecture.
- Build AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, and intelligent product features.
- Develop full-stack applications, APIs, and backend infrastructure.
- Own integrations, databases, testing, deployment, and code quality.
- Translate customer problems into practical product features.
- Work closely with the founder on product strategy, experimentation, and execution.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on building experience.
- Experience with or a strong interest in AI/ML, LLMs, agentic systems, and full-stack development.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, APIs, databases, and modern web frameworks.
- Ability to make technical decisions, debug problems, and ship working solutions.
- An ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to learn quickly.
- A builder who cares about solving real customer problems.
Early-stage startup experience or personal projects are valuable.
Demonstrated ability and ownership are prioritized over titles.
