About AuMi Robotics and Mobility Solutions
AuMi Robotics and Mobility Solutions is an engineering startup focused on developing innovative solutions in electric mobility, embedded systems, power electronics, and robotics. We aim to build reliable, intelligent, and cost-effective technology solutions for next-generation electric vehicles and industrial applications. We are looking for enthusiastic and technically curious Embedded Systems Engineers who are passionate about microcontrollers, embedded firmware, and electronics. This is an opportunity to work on real-world engineering projects, from prototyping and hardware interfacing to firmware development and product validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and debug embedded firmware using C and C++.
- Work with microcontroller platforms such as STM32, ESP32, and ATmega AVR.
- Interface microcontrollers with sensors, actuators, displays, and other peripheral devices.
- Understand electronic circuit diagrams and assist with hardware debugging.
- Develop firmware for communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN.
- Perform hardware bring-up, firmware testing, and system-level debugging.
- Use debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and microcontroller debuggers.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation of embedded systems.
- Collaborate with the hardware and software engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Document firmware functionality, test results, and development activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Mechatronics.
- Good understanding of C programming; basic C++ knowledge is an advantage.
- Understanding of microcontroller architectures and embedded systems fundamentals.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers such as STM32 or ATmega AVR.
- Basic understanding of microcontroller peripherals, GPIO, timers, ADC, PWM, and interrupts.
- Understanding of electronic components, circuit diagrams, and basic electronic circuits.
- Familiarity with interfacing sensors, switches, motors, displays, or other peripheral devices.
- Basic knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting hardware and firmware issues.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and work hands-on with electronic hardware.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with STM32CubeIDE, STM32CubeMX, or Microchip development tools.
- Familiarity with UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, or other embedded communication protocols.
- Basic understanding of RTOS concepts, particularly FreeRTOS or Zephyr.
- Experience with development boards, such as STM32 Nucleo or Arduino.
- Basic knowledge of PCB schematics, PCB design, or electronic circuit testing.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Knowledge of motor control, power electronics, battery management systems (BMS), or electric vehicles.
Who Should Apply?
- Fresh graduates with a strong foundation in embedded systems and electronics.
- Candidates with 1+ years of experience in embedded firmware development or electronics engineering.
- Candidates who have completed academic projects, internships, or personal projects involving microcontrollers and hardware interfacing.
- Engineers who enjoy hands-on problem-solving and want to develop practical engineering skills by working on real products.
We value technical fundamentals, a willingness to learn, problem-solving ability, and hands-on engineering aptitude over years of experience alone.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to work on real-world embedded systems and electric mobility products.
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, electronic hardware, and firmware development.
- Exposure to the complete product development cycle, from prototyping to testing and validation.
- An environment that encourages technical learning, experimentation, and innovation.
- Opportunity to contribute directly to the development of next-generation mobility and robotics solutions.
