About the Role
We’re looking for Business Development Associates to join our Renewals team and work with customers across the India & GCC markets.
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Markets: India & GCC
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with existing customers and drive renewals
- Understand customer requirements and address concerns
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Follow up with customers and close renewals
- Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned renewal targets
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduation is mandatory
- Freshers can apply
- Sales/EdTech experience will be an added advantage
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory
- Good convincing, negotiation & objection-handling skills
- Personal laptop is mandatory
- Stable Wi-Fi & power backup required
- Comfortable with the required shift timings
- Comfortable working with sales/renewal targets
