Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Career Counselor to guide students and working professionals towards suitable psychology programs based on their educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet.
• Understand their educational backgrounds, career interests, and learning goals.
• Advise learners on suitable programs and explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Address queries, handle objections, and follow up with interested candidates.
• Guide prospective learners through the admission and enrollment process.
• Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate inquiry records and follow-up updates in the CRM.
• Assist with registration formalities and pending payment follow-ups.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good counseling, listening, and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Experience in counselling, admissions, education sales, or inside sales is preferred.
