About the Role
The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing overall business strategy, operations, and growth.
- Defining service offerings across mobile app development, website development, web design, digital marketing, and enterprise software products.
- Leading senior teams.
- Making key decisions on project priorities and resource allocation.
- Ensuring high-quality delivery to international clients.
- Nurturing client relationships.
- Driving new business opportunities.
- Managing budgets and financial performance.
- Guiding marketing and sales initiatives.
- Building and maintaining a strong organizational culture.
- Supporting talent development.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills, including experience in setting vision, defining goals, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in software development or IT services, preferably in mobile application development, website development, or enterprise software products.
- Solid understanding of web design and digital marketing principles, with the ability to align technical capabilities with market needs.
- Excellent business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills to support growth in offshore and domestic markets.
- Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring profitability and operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and represent the company to clients and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions, manage risk, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prior experience in a founder, owner, director, or senior leadership role in a technology or software services organization is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
