Vehicle Delivery Specialist

About the Role

Pat Milliken Ford is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Specialist. The role focuses on educating customers about new vehicle technologies and assisting them with setup and usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Educating customers about Ford's cutting-edge new vehicle technologies
• Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up and using SYNC, SYNC 3, SYNC 4, and SYNC AppLink
• Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up and using the FordPass App
• Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up Navigation Systems
• Responding to customer support requests via email and phone
• Making outbound follow-up phone calls to customers
• Various other responsibilities

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be tech savvy and able to explain technology to others
• Prior experience in customer service
• Experience with a variety of cell phones, apps, MP3 players, streaming services, navigation systems, etc. is strongly preferred
• Good driving record
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen

Qualifications

• Must have a strong desire to succeed
• Comfortable interacting with customers
• IT, computer network, and PC Support experience would be beneficial and considered toward level of pay.
