About the Role
HM Richards is a furniture manufacturing company seeking a Frame Springer for its Guntown, MS location.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives sofa or chair frame from frame assembler.
- Applies webbing to the back of the frame using scissors and staple gun.
- Applies back decking to cover webbing onto the frame, using a staple gun.
- Applies spring into the frame, centering it evenly.
- Uses a pogo gun to staple the spring to the frame.
- Applies seat decking or fiber onto the spring using a staple gun.
- Stacks frames as needed in the proper area.
- Performs other duties as instructed by the supervisor.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with an assembly line environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient use of webbing, back decking, seat decking, staple gun, and pogo gun.
Qualifications
- At least 3 months of experience working in a furniture manufacturing environment building frames is preferred.
- Able to submit to a drug test and background investigation.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay range is $20.40 - 21.90 / hour.
