About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role. The specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing candidates to supporting offer negotiations. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, maintain accurate job descriptions, and ensure a smooth and inclusive candidate experience. The Specialist will contribute to employer branding initiatives, promote Boon’s values and wellness-focused culture, and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Source candidates.
- Screen applications.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Support offer negotiations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Ensure a smooth and inclusive candidate experience.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Promote Boon’s values and wellness-focused culture.
- Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Use recruitment tools and platforms.
- Track recruitment metrics.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, covering sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing, including structured interview techniques and fair assessment practices.
- Skills in Employer Branding, with the ability to communicate Boon’s mission and culture to diverse talent pools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities across teams and levels.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic data-driven reporting.
- Knowledge of best practices in inclusive hiring and local employment norms.
- Experience in consumer or wellness-focused brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
