Human Resources Intern

About the Role

We are looking to onboard a Recruiter Intern who can actively contribute to end-to-end recruitment – including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring high-quality candidates for various job roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates from platforms like BeepHire, Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess communication and cultural fit.
• Share analytical feedback and insights on candidate profiles and personality.
• Maintain hiring trackers and coordinate with the internal team on hiring pipelines.
• Take ownership of closing roles within set timelines.
• Co-ordinate with clients for their hirings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Good command of English communication.
• Highly presentable, articulate, and confident during interviews and client management.
• Basic familiarity with recruitment tools & hiring platforms.
• Knows how to evaluate soft skills, motivations, and overall fitment of candidates.
• Willingness to learn quickly and be trained on recruitment techniques.

Internship Terms:

• Duration: Minimum 3 months
• Location: Pimpri, Pune
