About the Role

As a Contact Discovery Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and quality of contact information obtained through various channels. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our database by verifying, validating, and updating contact details according to established standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for contact discovery processes.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the accuracy and completeness of contact data.
• Conduct thorough verification checks on contact information obtained from different sources, including online databases, public records, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure that all data entries meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Validate contact details such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and job titles to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize validation tools and techniques to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Regularly review and update contact records in the database to reflect changes such as job transitions, company mergers, or contact preferences.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in contact management.
