About Trozo
Trozo is an AI marketing workflow platform that helps brands across verticals generate on-brand image and video content, run social and WhatsApp campaigns, and track real purchase behavior, all in one place.
The Role
We're looking for AI content creators who can turn creative briefs into polished, brand-ready videos using Trozo's AI video generation tools. This is hands-on production work. You'll create real deliverables for live client campaigns, all produced on Trozo's platform. We provide training and access.
Key Responsibilities
- Video production: Create short-form video content with AI video generation tools.
- Prompt engineering: Write and refine prompts that produce consistent, on-brand output.
- Iteration: Revise work based on feedback to match brand and creative guidelines.
- Delivery: Submit final videos to brief specifications and on schedule.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proven experience with AI video tools such as Veo, Seedance, Runway, Pika, or Sora.
- Working knowledge of LLMs and how to prompt them for creative output.
- A strong eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and brand consistency.
- The ability to work independently from a brief without much hand-holding.
Qualifications
Nice to Have:
- Editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci) for final assembly, captions, and sound.
- Experience with D2C, automotive, or lifestyle brand content.
