About the Role
This is a remote traineeship program for a Data Analyst at MedTourEasy AP. The trainee will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare and operational data from multiple sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare and operational data.
- Perform basic data analysis.
- Prepare statistical summaries.
- Support the creation of dashboards and reports.
- Help interpret data insights.
- Contribute to data modeling activities.
- Communicate findings in clear formats for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Document methods.
- Maintain data accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior analysts on ongoing projects.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Analytical Skills
- Foundational Data Analytics capabilities
- Knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts
- Basic Data Modeling skills
- Communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Interest in global healthcare systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn about healthcare data and regulatory considerations is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
