About the Role

We’re looking for a physiotherapist who loves explaining musculoskeletal (MSK) health as much as treating it. You will create clinically accurate, engaging content on pain, injury, rehabilitation and recovery, made for Indian patients, their lifestyles and the MSK problems they commonly face. Your content will reach thousands of people through our blog, Instagram and video channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and present clinical content across blogs, Instagram Reels and long-form videos.
• Cover common MSK conditions in India (knee pain, back and neck pain, posture, arthritis, sports injuries, post-surgery recovery) in simple, relatable language.
• Create exercise demonstrations, rehab routines and recovery guides people can safely follow at home.
• Turn clinical knowledge into hooks, scripts and short-form ideas that perform on social media.
• Ensure all content is evidence-based and clinically accurate.
• Work with the marketing and product teams on content for Lumov products, campaigns and launches.
• Track content performance and use learnings to improve future content.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• BPT degree is mandatory.
• 0–3 years of clinical experience; freshers with a strong content portfolio are welcome.
• A genuine knack for clinical content: you already create, or are eager to create, physio content on Instagram, YouTube or blogs.
• Comfortable on camera and confident explaining concepts clearly in English and Hindi.
• Strong grasp of MSK assessment, rehabilitation and exercise prescription.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot or similar) are a plus.
• MPT (especially Ortho/Sports/MSK) is a plus.
• Other Indian languages are a bonus.
