Frontend Dev, UI/UX

About the Role

RTAC is looking for a creative Frontend Developer with an interest in UI/UX to build engaging, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The role combines frontend development with interface design to deliver intuitive digital experiences across business applications and software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Convert design mockups and wireframes into functional web pages.
• Create intuitive layouts, reusable components, and consistent user experiences.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and application features.
• Identify usability issues and improve interface performance across devices.
• Test and refine designs based on functionality and user feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with React.js and frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
• Good visual sense, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Freshers with relevant projects or design portfolios are encouraged to apply.
