About the Role
CliniLaunch Research Institute is hiring high-energy sales professionals for its expanding Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices division in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Professional Service Executive (PSE)
- Role Summary: Drive prescriptions and sales for formulations and medical devices across hospitals, clinics, and labs while building strong stockist and pharmacy networks.
- Compensation: ₹30,000 / month + Travel Allowance + Lucrative Incentives
- Experience: 0–3 years in Pharma Sales
- Qualification: Graduate in Science/Commerce (MBA preferred)
- Skills: Strong communication skills in English & Telugu (Hindi is a plus)
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
- Role Summary: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of PSEs, engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), streamline distribution channels, and drive regional sales targets.
- Compensation: ₹50,000 / month + Travel Allowance + Lucrative Incentives
- Experience: 4–6 years in Pharma Sales (with 1–2 years in a leadership/supervisory role)
- Qualification: Graduate in Science/Commerce (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- Skills: Team leadership, strategic negotiation, and fluency in English & Telugu
Key Requirement
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
