About the Role

Seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Immigration Consultants to advise clients on overseas education and immigration opportunities.

Job Location: Kochi

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month & Incentives, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up with prospective clients through phone calls and in-person meetings.
• Understand clients' requirements and provide suitable overseas immigration options.
• Evaluate clients' eligibility and clearly explain the visa/immigration process.
• Manage client queries, concerns, and visa-related issues professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet individual targets within defined timelines.
• Handle clients confidently and demonstrate strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
• Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Immigration, Telesales, or Telecalling is encouraged.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
• Experience in Canada/Australia immigration or visa processing will be an advantage.
