About the Role

Aadi Labs is a venture creation studio that helps founders turn ideas into working products, secure first customers, and build companies. Venture Fellows lead this work. This is a six-month internship where you will own a real function within an early-stage venture, with real users, real numbers, and real consequences. You will be presented with a problem and the autonomy to solve it.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a real function within an early-stage venture for six months.
• Potentially run growth experiments and analyze data.
• Ship product decisions tested by real users.
• Write and deploy code that goes live quickly.
• Design the initial customer experience.
• Lead one of five functions:
• Growth: Positioning, acquisition, and retention, leveraging AI for busywork.
• Product: Focus on the customer, first use case, and the smallest shippable version, prototyped with AI.
• Engineering: Write production code, using AI coding tools to enhance output.
• Design: Develop the end-to-end user experience and first impressions.
• Other: Sales, operations, customer success, or other non-categorized functions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• AI is integrated into your daily workflow.
• You use AI to increase productivity, not as a novelty.
• Comfortable with a role that is not fully defined.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a relevant function is helpful, but a track record of building or shipping something, anywhere, is valued more than résumé lines.
• Ability to pick and lead one of the five defined functions.

Logistics: 6 months · Remote or hybrid (Whitefield, Bangalore)
