About the Role
Join GIST Management Solutions in Noida Sector-62 as an End-to-End Recruitment Executive. This role offers exposure to the full hiring lifecycle with opportunities for learning, growth, and incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media & referrals.
- Screening resumes, conducting initial calls/assessments.
- Coordinating & scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle: offer negotiation, joining & onboarding.
- Maintaining candidate database/tracking hiring metrics.
- Reporting recruitment status, ensuring hiring targets are met.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fresh Graduate (only with regular graduation)
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Basic Computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Good Organizational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn recruitment tools & processes

Work Type: Work from Office
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Sat off)
Work Timings: 09:00-06:30 (1 hr flexible)
