Analyst Python, Software Engineer

About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Analyst Python - Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This position is suitable for fresh graduates and experienced professionals interested in Python software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Python-based applications, backend services, APIs, databases, automation solutions, data-processing workflows, internal platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Python programming
• Object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, functions, classes, modules, packages, exception handling, debugging, and clean coding practices.
• Django, Flask, or FastAPI (beneficial)
• REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and system integration.
• SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) (beneficial)
• Pandas and NumPy (beneficial)
• Automation scripts and workflow automation (advantageous)
• ETL/ELT and data processing (advantageous)
• Git and version control
• Testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, unittest) (beneficial)
• Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD (advantageous)
• Linux and command-line tools (beneficial)
• Microservices (advantageous)
• Security concepts (e.g., OAuth, JWT, secure coding) (beneficial)
• Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC (advantageous but not mandatory)
• Analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure Python software solutions.

• Strong willingness to learn new Python frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, automation tools, testing frameworks, and modern software-engineering practices.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Python development, software engineering, backend development, application development, API development, automation, data engineering, or related technology roles.
• Internship, academic project, Python project, backend project, API project, automation project, data project, web application, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered (but not mandatory).
• Candidates without previous full-time Python-development experience can also apply.
