About the Role

As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the founder across strategy, marketing, operations, and growth. Your work will have visible impact from day one.

We're hiring at two levels:

• Intern: for students and fresh graduates.
• Executive: for those with 1–2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the founder on day-to-day priorities and key business decisions.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content.
• Track sales, website and social media performance, and turn insights into action.
• Research markets, trends, and competitors to find new growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with artisans, vendors, and partners to keep operations running smoothly.
• Own special projects end to end, from idea to launch to results.
• Help build the systems and processes a growing brand needs.

Qualifications

• You think like an owner and take responsibility for outcomes.
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and can bring structure to it.
• You're curious about customer purchasing behavior.
• You communicate clearly and aren't afraid to share your opinion.
• You move fast, learn from mistakes, and follow through.
• You have a genuine interest in fashion, jewellery, D2C brands, or entrepreneurship.

Good to Have

• Experience with Instagram, Notion, Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Exposure to a startup or founder-led business.
• Basic skills in Canva, Excel / Google Sheets or content creation.
