About the Role
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Maintain strong knowledge of projects, pricing, and payment plans.
- Handle client follow-ups, site visits, and booking closures.
- Maintain CRM records and follow company processes.
- Attend daily team meetings and regular training sessions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Disciplined, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
