Video Editor

About the Role

• Full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Noida Extension with Hiba Green Foundation.
• The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into compelling and coherent stories that align with the Foundation’s sustainability and community-focused mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and refining footage.
• Adding transitions, sound, motion graphics, and titles.
• Performing basic color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborating with program teams to understand campaign goals, develop video concepts, and produce content for social media, events, educational initiatives, and digital outreach.
• Maintaining an organized media library.
• Adhering to brand guidelines.
• Meeting project timelines.
• Contributing creative input to enhance visual storytelling.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.
• Knowledge of basic motion graphics, transitions, typography, subtitles, and visual effects is preferred.
• Understanding of social media video formats for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to learn/create engaging short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and awareness content.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads is required.
• A personal laptop is required.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in video editing and content creation, including handling raw footage and producing polished, engaging videos.
• Hiring freshers, 1-2 years of work experience.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, storytelling ability, and willingness to experiment with new content styles.
• Good English communication skills and comfortable making 4–5 calls per day when required.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with the team.
• Candidates who are proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn and take on new responsibilities will be preferred.
• Relevant education or practical experience in video production, media, visual communication, digital content, or a related field is an advantage.

Additional Information

• Freelancers are not allowed, this is an On-site opportunity.
• Salary Package - Upto 3.5 LPA.
• 6-days work in a week, 4 days WFO Mandatory.
