About the Role

The Logistics and Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hosur. This position is responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities, including tracking shipments, managing inventory movements, and supporting order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery. The associate will maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist in optimizing warehouse and distribution processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations skills, including basic supply chain understanding, inventory coordination, and process-oriented thinking.
• Solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, reporting, and problem-solving in logistics and operations tasks.
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Customer Service skills to support internal and external stakeholders and respond to logistics-related inquiries professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP or inventory management systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations, business, or a related field are preferred.
