About the Role

Citadel Research and Innovation LLP is building a ground-level picture of India's meat industry and is looking for curious, driven graduates to help map it.

Key Responsibilities

• Research the full supply chain for chicken, mutton, beef, and pork, from farms and feed to processing, cold chain, distribution, retail, and export.
• Travel to farms, markets, processing units, and distributors to gather first-hand insight.
• Interview and build relationships with stakeholders across the sector: farmers, traders, processors, retailers, regulators, and industry bodies.
• Turn field findings into clear data, reports, and presentations.
• Track prices, volumes, regulations, and emerging trends.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or final-year students in Science (Life Sciences, Agriculture, Veterinary, Food Technology, and related fields), Business, or MBA programs.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork.
• Confident speaking with people at every level, from farm owners to senior executives.
• Strong with Excel and report writing; analytical and detail-oriented.
• Fluency in local languages is a strong plus.
