Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to attract potential clients.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Perform keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics.
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Create engaging content, monitor trends, and interact with the audience.
• Content Marketing:
• Create high-quality blog posts, whitepapers, email newsletters, and case studies.
• Collaborate with designers to produce visuals, infographics, and video content.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and execute email campaigns targeting potential clients and nurturing leads.
• Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversions to refine strategies.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track the effectiveness of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Provide actionable insights and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Lead Generation:
• Use digital platforms to generate high-quality leads for sales teams.
• Collaborate with sales to convert leads into opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, particularly in IT services or B2B industries.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication, content creation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing processes is a plus.
