Dishwasher(Sanitation Aide), FT/Flex

About the Role

This is a full-time/flex position for a Dishwasher (Sanitation Aide) at Memphis Marriott East.

Key Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to correctly utilize and maintain the dish machine.
• Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish racks.
• Wash pots and pans in the pot washer's area.
• Ensure all cleaning is performed to keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times.
• Sweep up broken glass/dishes and mop up any spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans, spray and sanitize them after each use.
• Place new trash bags in containers after each cleaning.
• Follow all MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) protocols and Safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties in other areas of the kitchen as assigned.
• Assist with plating banquet events when needed.
