About the Role

Iron Bloom Collective is seeking an organized, energetic, and dependable individual to join our team as an Entry Level Event Assistant. This position supports in-person promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities for established brands. You will work with a team to help coordinate campaign details, engage with attendees, and create a professional and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events and campaign activities.
• Help coordinate promotional materials and event resources.
• Welcome attendees and engage with customers at designated campaign locations.
• Provide information about featured products, services, and promotions.
• Support event setup, breakdown, and general organization.
• Help maintain a professional and engaging campaign environment.
• Communicate with team members to ensure activities run smoothly.
• Participate in training and team meetings.
• Help track campaign feedback and communicate observations to supervisors.
