• Build engaging, story-driven video lessons for students.
• Create interactive lessons using a software tool.
• Responsibilities include lesson planning, creative storytelling, and quality review.
• Comfortable picking up new software quickly.
• Willing to work closely with AI-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

• Build interactive video lessons using an in-house tool.
• Review AI-generated lesson content.
• Design simple interactive moments within a lesson.
• Check every lesson for mathematical correctness.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Math at the school level: Solid grasp and comfort spotting errors.
• Tech-savvy: Quick to learn new software; not intimidated by trying new tools.
• Curiosity about AI tools: Willingness to work with them daily, write clear instructions/prompts, and fix things by hand.
• An eye for what makes content engaging.
• Strong written communication.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for teaching and making learning click for students.
• Formal teaching experience is less important than passion.

Good to Have

• Experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or creating educational content.
• Familiarity with storytelling or scriptwriting.
• Prior exposure to any AI writing/content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
