About the Role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking newly graduated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who are passionate about providing care to join their team in Raleigh. The role offers participation in BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program, which is described as the ONLY paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). The program aims to help new nurses learn new skills, grow with challenges, succeed in assignments, and advance their nursing careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to clients' homes.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Perform nursing skills with autonomy in the client's home.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Current, valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (verified by school transcript or diploma).
- CPR in good standing.
