About the Role
As a Caregiver at Sunrise Senior Living, you are the heart of the mission to champion quality of life for all seniors, providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma/GED
- Age 18+
- CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
Pay Range: 18.92 - 23.65
