About the Role
Six | Seven Restaurant at The Edgewater Hotel is seeking an AM Busser to join their team. This role involves interacting with guests and staff, supporting server roles, and contributing to the overall dining experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Constant interaction with guests and staff members.
- Responsible for handling all back server roles, including clearing tables, providing water to tables, and setting tables.
- Assists with running food and beverage services.
- Communicates effectively with servers, guests, management, and staff.
- Possesses menu knowledge.
- Ability to work well under stress and pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be able to carry/lift up to 50 lbs.
