About the Role
Esler Companies, the parent company of Renewal by Andersen, is hiring Appointment Generators to represent their brand at community events. This is a customer-facing event marketing role focused on sales, customer service, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners at events.
- Deliver excellent customer service through friendly, professional conversations.
- Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
- Share information about Renewal by Andersen products and services.
- Represent the brand professionally.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport with new people.
- Positive, dependable, and professional attitude.
- Motivated by goals and performance-based earnings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Weekend availability required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Posted Salary Range: $20.00 - $35.00 / Hr.
