About the Role
Sevita provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Direct Support Professional role involves supporting individuals to grow, learn, and live well by developing meaningful relationships and assisting them with community integration and their personal development goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Assist people with their personal hygiene.
- Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Communication skills.

- Time-management skills.
Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
