About the Role
onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated student to join the PSG Operations team as a Business Solutions Analyst. This role will support strategic initiatives, process optimization, and technology-driven solutions to enable onsemi's growth. You will work at the intersection of business and IT, leveraging data analytics, business systems, automation tools, and digital technologies to improve operational efficiency and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify complex business challenges.
- Develop innovative solutions and drive implementation through technology-enabled processes.
- Gain hands-on experience with business operations, data management, process automation, reporting, and IT-related improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
- Familiarity with business systems, databases, or enterprise applications.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and web-based applications.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing technology-driven solutions.
- Basic programming, scripting, or automation experience (e.g., Python, VBA, Power Automate, SQL) is preferred.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or operations is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle EBS, ERP systems, or related enterprise platforms is a plus.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- MBA candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality results in a timely manner.
