Key Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for welcoming hotel guests.
- Arranging transportation when requested.
- May require communication and coordination with Valet/Bell Services.
- May require assistance with guest luggage.
- May be asked for general information about the hotel and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Must have the physical stamina to lift moderately.
