You will collaborate remotely, document your work, and raise questions when information is unclear.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements during structured stakeholder conversations.
• Organize business needs into concise user stories or requirement notes.
• Coordinate clarification of requirements and open questions with stakeholders.
• Help prepare acceptance criteria for routine workflow improvements.
• Assist with test scenarios and confirm whether expected outcomes are met.
• Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive business processes.
• Help prioritize requirements according to stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn business-analysis methods and tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully to stakeholder needs.
• Familiarity with Excel and collaborative document tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on unresolved questions.
• Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills.
