Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

We are supporting candidates exploring Business Systems Analyst opportunities involving business process analysis, system requirements, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is suitable for candidates who can translate business needs into clear technical requirements and help improve operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare functional specifications, process maps, and business documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
• Analyze business data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Track project requirements, changes, and implementation progress.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and business reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Agile methodologies, process mapping, or requirements documentation is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
