About the Role

Join a mission-driven team providing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on supporting participants to grow, learn, and live well.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals served.
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist people with their personal hygiene.
• Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Compensation & Benefits
